Three-step Summer Reset

1. Promoter
   This competition is conducted by The IV Bar (“the Promoter”) and is open to eligible participants in South Africa, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Competition Period
   The competition opens on 01 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 13 October 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must complete the competition survey and select the summer focus area that matters most to them:
   • Feel Lighter – weight management and healthy lifestyle support
   • Glow Brighter – skin, hair and nail support
   • Refresh & Recharge – hydration, immune and overall wellbeing support

   Participants must provide the required contact information and submit the completed survey before the competition closing date.

   No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Eligibility
   The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.Employees, directors, agents and consultants of The IV Bar, its franchisees, participating stores, advertising and marketing agencies, service providers directly associated with this competition, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
5. Prize
   One winner will receive a Hamper with the following contents:1 x Detox drip 1 Litre (R850)
   1 x Alchemi Collagen Hydrolysed Pure (R690)
   1 x Alchemi Creatine Monohydrate Unflavoured (R460)
   1 x Alchemi CHK-CU Copper Peptide Face Cream (R1 100)
   TOTAL VALUE: R3 100

   The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Any treatments or services forming part of the prize remain subject to the usual consultation, eligibility and/or medical suitability requirements applicable to that treatment or service.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement
   One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.The winner will be contacted using the contact details supplied when entering and will be announced on 14 October 2026 via [Instagram/Facebook/email/other channel].

   The winner will be given [48 hours / 3 business days] to respond and accept the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period, or is found to be ineligible, The IV Bar reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with the competition rules.

7. Personal Information & Survey Responses
   By entering the competition, participants acknowledge that the personal information they provide will be processed for the purpose of administering the competition, contacting the winner and managing their competition entry.Participants’ selected campaign focus area may also be used to personalise the content and information presented to them in relation to relevant The IV Bar products, services and offers, subject to applicable privacy and direct-marketing requirements.

   Personal information will be processed in accordance with The IV Bar’s Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

8. Marketing Communications
   Where required, participants will be given the opportunity to consent to receiving marketing communications from The IV Bar.Participants who receive marketing communications will be able to unsubscribe or opt out of future communications at any time.
9. Publicity
   The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition. Participation in such publicity, including the use of the winner’s name, image or photograph for marketing purposes, will be voluntary and subject to the winner’s consent.
10. General
    By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.The IV Bar reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, submitted using false information or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

    The IV Bar will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not successfully submitted due to technical or connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control.

    To the extent permitted by law, The IV Bar reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
